#SharkNinjaBrandDay Competition (Competition) Terms and Conditions 

1. The promoter of this Competition is SharkNinja Europe Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL). 

  1. 2. These terms and conditions are the Competition rules (Rules). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. 

  1. 3. SNEL reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Rules at any time if necessary to maintain the fair and proper conduct of the Competition, or if circumstances beyond its control mean that, in SNEL’s opinion, it is necessary to do so. 

  1. 4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Competition, the decision of SNEL shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into 

  1. 5. To enter the Competition the entrant must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain. 

  1. 6. The Competition takes place on 09/05/25 at 00:00am and ends on 09/05/25 at 11:59pm.  
     

Entrants must: 

  • Create content featuring ANY SharkNinja products with shoppable links listed on either @sharkhomeuk and @ninjakitchenuk TikTok Shops
  • Use hashtag #SharkNinjaBrandDay and tag @sharkhomeuk, @sharkbeautyuk and @ninjakitchenuk
  • Be following all accounts on TikTok: @sharkhomeuk, @sharkbeautyuk and @ninjakitchenuk
  • Have a public TikTok account so we can verify your entry 
 

No purchase is necessary. Entries received after 09/05/25 at 11:59pm will not be entered into the Competition. Winners will be announced on Friday 20th June 2025. 

  1. 7. Employees of SNEL or any group company or any company, organisation or body involved in the Competition or any members of any employees’ families or households or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. SNEL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 

  1. 8. Winner of the competition will be required to provide Personal Data such as name, delivery address, and contact details for the purposes of delivering their Shark Beauty UK products. For more information on how SharkNinja Europe processes your Personal Data and your data protection rights, please see our Privacy Notice by clicking here.  If the prize includes a product from one of our partners, then they may be provided with your details for shipping purposes only. You will be made aware of this prior to the details being shared and will have the option to refuse, though if you do so you will not receive the relevant product. 

  1. 9. It is up to each entrant to make sure that the information they submit is accurate. SNEL is not responsible for any failure of an entrant to be properly entered into the Competition, or to receive the Prize, as a result of incorrect information being provided. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt of an entry into the Competition. 

  1. 10. SNEL is not responsible for any loss suffered by an entrant due to entries that, for reasons outside of SNEL’s control, are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of postal failure, or any failure of equipment, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, unless caused by its negligence or misconduct. 

  1. 11. SNEL may disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. 

  1. 12. There will be 10 winners. The Prize for each winner consists of the following:  

  • 1x ticket to watch Lady Gaga in concert, at the SharkNinja Hospitality Box at The o2 in London, along with 1 plus one each, on Thursday 2nd October 2025.  

13. Entry is free, but entrants should be aware that travel and accommodation are not included within the prize. They may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access (as applicable). 

 

  1. 14. To enter the competition, TikTok creators need to post content featuring a SharkNinja product listed on TikTok and link to our TikTok Shop, to generate sales for SharkNinja. 4 winners in total (2 across each brand) will be selected based on the highest SharkNinja GMV driver across the brand day on Friday 9th May 2025.  

  1. 15. Entrant’s TikTok accounts must be public and not private.  

  1. 16. SNEL will attempt to contact the Prize winner directly, on Friday 20th June, to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or the delivery arrangements confirmed within 7 days of SNEL first attempting to contact them, or if delivery cannot be carried out as agreed, despite SNEL or its courier having made reasonable efforts to do so in each case, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and a new Prize winner selected. It is up to entrants to monitor the social media account used on entry to receive notice that they have won, and to be available to receive delivery of the Prize as agreed. SNEL is not responsible for their failure to do so resulting in the Prize being awarded to someone else. 

  1. 17. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.  SNEL may replace the Prize or any element of it with an alternative prize or item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. 

  1. 18. SNEL must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SNEL will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who writes to: Marketing Department, SharkNinja Europe Limited, 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB within two months of the Closing Date (enclosing a self-addressed envelope). If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SNEL at [email protected]. In such circumstances, SNEL must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

    1. 19. The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity, including photographs. 

    1. 20. As between any individual and SNEL, the Competition and these Rules will be governed by the law of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident, or, if the individual is not resident in Great Britain, of the English courts.

One BazaarVoice-authenticated review will be considered as one entry.
  7.   13. Entry is free, but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access (as applicable).
  14. The Prize winner will be selected at random through Comment Picker software within 7 days of the Closing Date.
  15. SNEL will attempt to contact the Prize winner within 3 days of their selection to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of SNEL first attempting to contact them, despite SNEL having made reasonable efforts to do so, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and no new Prize winner selected. Entrants can share the competition post to Instagram Stories, but it is not a compulsory requirement to enter. No purchase is necessary. Entries received after 07/04/25 at 11:59pm will not be entered into the Competition.
  7. 14. The Prize winners will be selected at random within 7 days of the Closing Date. One draw will be made across all entries from the Competition form. The Winner will be notified via the email address they provided upon sign up to attend the event on eventbrite.
