Product Details
Zero stick, chip or flake: Why settle for non-stick when you can have ZEROSTICK? Whereas other pans can rapidly lose their non-stick performance, Ninja ZEROSTICK is up to 20x tougher than traditional non-stick*, tested to withstand 10,000 scrubs*. Durable, long-lasting and guaranteed for 10 years.
Add a splash of colour to your kitchen: This Vivid collection is built to last from forged aluminium with a Deep Red finish.
The difference is in the degrees: ZEROSTICK is precision engineered at 17,000°C, fusing plasma ceramic particles to the surface of the pan to create a robust textured surface that interlocks with Ninja’s exclusive coating. The extremely durable, textured cooking surface is metal-utensil safe, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. PFOA, lead and cadmium free.
10-Year Guarantee: Covered by Ninja's 10 Year Replacement Guarantee, including the ZEROSTICK coating**.
Cook using little to no oil: Exclusive to Ninja, ZEROSTICK stops food from sticking day after day, so your creations easily slide from the pan to your plate. Use little to no oil for a healthier way to cook, without compromising on cooking performance – sear like you can in stainless steel, without sticking.
Perfectly cooked results: Designed to withstand high-heat cooking with even heating and no hot spots. Easily cook everything from homemade sauces, soups and chilli to delicious pasta and rice dishes; from healthy vegetables to golden caramel and indulgent desserts.
Induction compatible: Suitable for all hob types including induction, gas, electric and ceramic. Cool-touch silicone handles ensure a comfortable grip which stays cool on the hob.
Do you use an induction hob? Did you know the size of your pan can affect cooking performance? Always make sure you choose pans that are the same size as your hob ring, as induction technology only works effectively if the base of the cookware matches the size of the ring on the hob. If your pan base is smaller than the hob ring, it may not be recognised. Suitable for a 16cm induction ring.
Oven safe to 200°C: Start your creation on the hob, finish to perfection in the oven. The oven-safe tempered glass lids have a thick stainless-steel rim, prevent splatter and lock in moisture while ensuring maximum visibility.
Make sure you preheat properly to prevent sticking; our professional gauge aluminium may lead to longer preheat times than you’re used to, but gives you consistent results again and again.
Want to complete your Ninja kitchen? The Ninja ZEROSTICK Vivid collection is available in a range of sizes and sets to suit any cook and every kitchen.

FAQs
Yes, all Ninja Foodi Zerostick Cookware and lids are oven safe up to 200°C. Easily go from hob to oven to finish cooking meats, brown toppings or bake like you can in cast iron.
Ninja cookware and lids are oven and grill safe to 200°C.
If using cookware in an oven at 200°C, do not leave lids in oven for longer than 30 minutes.
Allow lids to cool before immersing in water.
Your Ninja Foodi Zerostick cookware is safe for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
Never use cooking sprays. These burn at low temperatures and will leave a residue that leads to sticking.
Hang pans on a rack or store flat in a single layer in a cupboard. If stacking or nesting cookware, gently nest the smaller pans in the larger ones. Using a paper towel or soft cloth in between pans can help protect the cooking surfaces when stacking.
Never preheat pans on high heat to speed up preheating. Excessive heat applied to an empty pan can damage the non-stick surface.
Preheat the pan for 1 to 2 minutes using the heat setting you intend to use when cooking. To determine if the pan is hot enough for cooking, simply add a few drops of water. If you hear a sizzle, the pan is ready for use. DO NOT rush the preheating process by using high heat. We recommend using lower temperatures when you first begin using your cookware to avoid overcooking and burning until you become familiar with how your pan cooks.
Metal utensils including spatulas, spoons, whisks and tongs are safe for use with your Ninja Foodi Zerostick cookware. Never use sharp instruments such as knives or forks or appliances such as electric mixers to cut, chop or whip foods in any non-stick pan. Such use will damage the non-stick finish and void the guarantee.
Zerostick cookware is PFOA, lead and cadmium free.
Yes, our exclusive Ninja Zerostick coating is PFOA free.
When properly preheated, Zerostick Technology enables excellent food release without sticking. Our cookware is made with thicker gauge aluminum so it may take longer to preheat than you are used to. The result is a forgiving pan that cooks consistently time and time again.
With an induction hob (unlike electric or ceramic) only the outer edge of the hob detects the pot or pan by means of electromagnetics. For pots and pans with induction technology to be recognised on the hob, the bottom of the pot or pan must come into connect with the outer edge of the hob ring.
In the exceptional case that your pan is not recognised by your hob, try the following:
1. Place cookware on an appropriately sized hob ring.
Induction technology only works effectively if the base of the cookware matches the size of the ring on the hob.
If a ring is used that is larger than the cookware, the cookware may not be recognised and so will not heat up.
2. Place cookware on a small ring.
If you do not have a ring that matches the base of your cookware then select a smaller ring.
3. Refer to your instruction manual for your induction hob.
Check which diameter of pan is suitable for which ring.
