Cookware - Yes, all Ninja Foodi Zerostick Cookware and lids are oven safe up to 260°C. Easily go from hob to oven to finish cooking meats, brown toppings or bake like you can in cast iron.
Cookware - Ninja cookware and lids are oven and grill safe to 260°C. If using cookware in an oven at temperatures between 200°C and 260°C, do not leave lids in oven for longer than 30 minutes. Allow lids to cool before immersing in water.
Cookware - Your Ninja Foodi Zerostick cookware is safe for use on gas, electric, electric coil, halogen, induction and ceramic hobs.
Cookware - Never use cooking sprays. These burn at low temperatures and will leave a residue that leads to sticking.
No, to clean your knives, hand wash and immediately dry thoroughly to prevent watermarks, spotting and rusting. Do not touch sharp edge of knife. Dishwashing your knives can decrease the quality of the knife, damage the blade edge, and reduce the stainless steel integrity. To increase the lifetime of your knives, only hand wash.
Each Ninja™ knife is made of premium, durable high carbon German stainless steel that can be easily sharpened with the Ninja™ Foodi™ StaySharp™ Knife Block. The specific blade material is X50cr15MoV.
Each Ninja™ knife is made of durable POM (Polyoxymethylene). POM has high mechanical strength and rigidity, low moisture absorption, excellent wear resistance, discoloration resistance, high impact strength and low fading properties.
For knives used daily, we recommend sharpening at least every 2 weeks to maintain their edges for a StaySharp experience. For knives used less often, sharpen as soon as you notice a reduction in cutting performance and/or dull edges. Frequent sharpening will not damage knives.
