Ninja Competition Terms and Conditions

Organiser: SharkNinja Europe Ltd. (SNEL), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08492819), with its registered office at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”) apply exclusively to the “Spin the Wheel” promotion (the “Competition”). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

Changes and Cancellations

SNEL may cancel or modify the Competition or these Rules at any time without notice due to:

  • Technical issues (e.g. bugs, viruses, tampering, or system failures)
  • Fraudulent or unfair practices compromising the integrity of the Competition
  • Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, changes in law)
  • Insufficient or excessive entries

If terminated early, SNEL may select winners from eligible entries received prior to termination.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 or over and residents of Great Britain.
  • Employees of SNEL or related companies, and their families or households, are not eligible.
  • SNEL reserves the right to verify eligibility.

How to Enter

  • Spin the digital “Spin the Wheel” on the Ninja website during the Promotion Period.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • Entries outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

Rules of Participation

  • Entrants must provide true, current, and complete data.
  • No illegal or infringing content may be submitted.
  • SNEL may disqualify entrants suspected of breaching the Rules or interfering with the Competition.

Each entrant receives one of the above prizes instantly. Prizes will also be emailed and confirmed on the event day.

Prizes can be redeemed only from 00:00 to 23:59 on 05/11/2025, during Ninja’s Black Friday Early Access Event.

Additional Terms

  • Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details. SNEL is not responsible for undelivered notifications.
  • SNEL is not responsible for losses caused by technical malfunctions or network failures.
  • No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. SNEL may substitute prizes of equal or higher value.
  • Entrants may opt in or out of marketing communications at any time. See SNEL’s Privacy Notice for data processing information.
  • SNEL’s decision is final in all disputes. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Competition governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Shark Competition (Competition) Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of this Competition is SharkNinja Europe Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL).
  2. These terms and conditions are the Competition rules (Rules). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  3. SNEL reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Rules at any time if necessary to maintain the fair and proper conduct of the Competition, or if circumstances beyond its control mean that, in SNEL’s opinion, it is necessary to do so.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Competition, the decision of SNEL shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  5. To enter the Competition the entrant must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain.
  6. The Competition takes place on 27/10/25 and ends on 03/11/25 at 11:59pm.

    Entrants must: follow @ninjakitchenuk and @theculinarycountess, and tag two friends in the comments. Entrants can share to stories for an extra entry by tagging @theculinarycountess in their story. Entrants’ Instagram account must be public for us to check the entry mechanism has been followed.

    No purchase is necessary. Entries received after 03/11/25 at 11:59pm will not be entered into the Competition. One winner will be randomly selected and announced by @theculinarycountess.
  7. Employees of SNEL or any group company or any company, organisation or body involved in the Competition or any members of any employees’ families or households or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. SNEL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  8. Winner of the competition will be required to provide Personal Data such as name, delivery address, and contact details for the purposes of delivering their Shark Beauty UK products. For more information on how SharkNinja Europe processes your Personal Data and your data protection rights, please see our Privacy Notice by clicking here. If the prize includes a product from one of our partners, then they may be provided with your details for shipping purposes only. You will be made aware of this prior to the details being shared and will have the option to refuse, though if you do so you will not receive the relevant product.
  9. It is up to each entrant to make sure that the information they submit is accurate. SNEL is not responsible for any failure of an entrant to be properly entered into the Competition, or to receive the Prize, as a result of incorrect information being provided. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt of an entry into the Competition.
  10. SNEL is not responsible for any loss suffered by an entrant due to entries that, for reasons outside of SNEL’s control, are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of postal failure, or any failure of equipment, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, unless caused by its negligence or misconduct.
  11. SNEL may disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

    There will be one individual winner. The prize consists of:
    • Ninja Crispi
    • Ninja Foodi StaySharp Knife Block
    • Ninja Slushi
    • Ninja Creami
  12. Entry is free, but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access (as applicable).
  13. @theculinarycountess will attempt to contact the Prize winner(s) via Instagram, after 03/11/25 to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or the delivery arrangements confirmed within 2 days of @theculinarycountess first attempting to contact them, or if delivery cannot be carried out as agreed, despite @theculinarycountess or its courier having made reasonable efforts to do so in each case, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and a new Prize winner selected. It is up to entrants to monitor the social media account used on entry to receive notice that they have won, and to be available to receive delivery of the Prize as agreed. SNEL is not responsible for their failure to do so resulting in the Prize being awarded to someone else.
  14. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. SNEL may replace the Prize or any element of it with an alternative prize or item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  15. SNEL must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SNEL will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who writes to: Marketing Department, SharkNinja Europe Limited, 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB within two months of the Closing Date (enclosing a self-addressed envelope). If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SNEL at [email protected]. In such circumstances, SNEL must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  16. The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity, including photographs.
  17. As between any individual and SNEL, the Competition and these Rules will be governed by the law of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident, or, if the individual is not resident in Great Britain, of the English courts.
