OUR RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation unfolds, we want to reassure you that we’re doing our very best to uphold the high standard of service you expect from us.

You are still able to order online from us. We’re also pleased to continue offering fast and free delivery, to have your order with you as quickly and easily as possible. We may not be able to guarantee ‘Next Day’ delivery during this time, however we will clearly communicate if we or our delivery partners foresee any issues.

To protect our associates and do our part in the national fight against the spread of the virus, our offices are currently closed. Our operatives are continuing to offer Customer Care services remotely – we thank you for your patience when calling or contacting them. Your understanding is hugely appreciated.

We hope that you and your families are staying safe and well, and our thoughts are with anybody who has been affected. Please keep yourself and others safe by following the government’s social distancing guidance.
