A meat free chilli with a smoky twist. These flavours are sublime, and the addition of the chipotle paste adds a gorgeous smokiness. Using two types of beans adds fibre and along with the diced mushrooms, it gives a lovely twist on the classic dish. You would never know this mince was meat free, so cook up a big batch and serve it to the whole family. In addition, if there are any leftovers, simply freeze or reheat the following day.
