Another Caribbean themed cocktail to make this summer one to remember!

Yellow Bird Cocktail

  • 200ml dark rum
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 400ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml Galliano (Vanilla Liquor)
  • Ice
Prep Time


  1. You will need 4 Casablanca drinking glasses. 13oz or 370ml

  2. Pour the Dark Rum, Orange and Pineapple Juice into the blender with a few cubes of ice and blend.

  3. Take the 4 drinking glasses, fill them with ice and pour the blended mixture equally.

  4. Float a little Galliano on top of each drink sharing the 100ml equally.

  5. Garnish with a Cherry Pineapple, Mint, Stirrer Stick and Straw and Parasol.
