Vanilla, Gin and Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream
First make the vanilla part: Place the ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen Nutri Ninja food processor/blender and blend well for a few minutes until quite thick and completely smooth
Pour into a loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper and smooth out
Add the ingredients for the raspberry part into your food processor/blender and whizz up until smooth
Dot this mixture around then use a knife to create a swirl effect with the vanilla. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set – then garnish with mint sprigs and serve!
