The Best Dried Apples
- 4 apples – cored and thinly sliced (2-3mm)
- Lemon juice from ½ lemon
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
In a large bowl mix apple slices, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar.
Evenly spread out seasoned apple sliced on dehydrating rack
Insert dehydrating rack into unit and close lid. Select DEHYDRATE, set the temperature to 60°C and timer for 7 hours. Press START/STOP to begin dehydrating process.
Once unit beeps to signify that the dehydrating process has finished, remove dehydrating rack from the unit and let cool down.
Serve as is or store in air tight container for up to one week.
