Ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillets (200g each)
  • 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp tamarind
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients apart from the salmon to create a marinade

  2. Marinade the salmon in the mixture for 1 hour

  3. Pre heat the Ninja Grill

  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill plate, set to high and close the lid

  5. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes. Check midway and if it is grilling too fast, adjust temperature and time
