Super Creamy Avocado Hummus

Hummus is a staple side dish for any party or dinner event! This time of year is the hight of party season and obviously, hummus is going to be an essential part of that! This hummus is super creamy and fresh from the avocado and would be delicious with crackers, veggies or some toasted sourdough bread.

Super Creamy Avocado Hummus

  • 1 tin chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup mashed avocado
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Heaped tsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Water
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • Fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds to garnish
Prep Time


  1. Pop all of the ingredients into your Ninja Food processor and blitz until super smooth and creamy.

  2. Gradually add in a drizzle of water whilst blending until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Serve In a bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, some fresh herbs and pom seeds!

  4. Serve with some crudities and crusty bread and get stuck in!
