Ingredients

  • 350g frozen raspberries
  • 150g frozen strawberries
  • 215ml plus 2 tbsp coconut water
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all of the above ingredients into the Ninja Pitcher, secure the lid and select ‘ICE CREAM’. Run the programme then scrape down the sides and repeat a further 2 or 3 times until fully combined and smooth

  2. Transfer into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 hour until firm. Serve with fresh raspberries, chocolate curls, and desiccated coconut
