Snickers Bliss Balls

Everyone needs a little chocolate in their life, and these Snickers inspired bliss balls will give you that chocolate fix you’re after – they’re just pure heaven! Made with a mixture of all natural ingredients these balls are super sweet, creamy, rich, nutty and indulgent. They’re super easy to make too, you just need to throw all the ingredients into your kitchen food processor, roll into balls, allow to set in the fridge and voila – you have healthy snicker style bliss balls!

Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days!


  • 80g peanuts
  • 60g oats
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 3tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 30g dark chocolate (for drizzle)
  • Optional chopped nuts
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
Prep Time


  1. Add the oats and peanuts to your food processor and blend into a coarse flour like consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the dark chocolate and chopped nuts) to the blender and blend into a sticky mixture! Add a little more coconut oil if the mixture seems dry.

  2. Line a tray with grease proof paper. Shape the mixture into balls and place onto the tray. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.

  3. If you’re making the drizzle, simply melt the dark chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds and gently drizzle over the set bliss balls, topping with a sprinkling of nuts.

  4. Place into the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate drizzle to set!
