Get in the party mood with a Caribbean rum punch cocktail!
Rum Punch Cocktail
- 100ml white rum
- 100ml dark rum
- 4 tsp caster sugar
- 2 Lemons or 100ml lemon juice
- 300ml orange juice
- 50ml grenadine
- 100ml Myers Rum or alternatively a dark rum
- 1 Cherry, 1 Orange Slice, Stirrer Stick and Straw
You will need 4 tall drinking glasses. 12-13oz or 360ml
Firstly, squeeze out all the lemon juice from the 2 lemons using a juicer or add shop bought lemon juice (100ml) instead
Then add the sugar to the lemon juice and stir well
It’s time to blend! Put all the main ingredients into the blender apart from the Myers Rum and blend on a high speed
Equally pour the blended drink into 4 glasses.
Now with the Myers rum gently float equal portions of the rum on top of the drink and garnish with a Cherry Orange, Stirrer Stick and Straw.
