Rum Banana and Cinnamon Ice Lollies

These boozy ice-lollies are absolutely DELICIOUS… the addition of the rum and cinnamon to the banana adds a warm spice to these fruity ice-lollies. These ice-lollies are sweetened with a small amount of stevia, as the ripe bananas are already very sweet. Enjoy these as a quick treat before a night out with your friends.

Rum Banana and Cinnamon Ice Lollies

  • 385g ripe banana
  • 300g fat free yogurt
  • 4 (generous) tbsp Red Leg Rum
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25g stevia
  • Pinch of salt
Prep Time


  1. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen system and the metal blade, pour in all of the ingredients and pulse several times, allowing the bananas to become mushy.

  2. Pour the mixture into silicone ice-lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
