I love making bliss balls, they are not only super delicious, versatile but also very easy to make. Not only a great addition to your lunch box, but also a super delicious guilt-free treat to have after any meal.
Raw Banana & Peanut Balls
Again inspired by my Australia travels I wanted to stay with the banana theme, these balls are packed with healthy plant-based proteins as well as free from any refined sugars.
- 50g cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 scoops Motion Nutrition Peanut Vegan Protein Powder + extra for rolling
- 150g pitted dates
- 100g mixed nuts (I used walnuts, pecans and almonds)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds + extra for rolling
- 1 tbsp chia seeds + extra for rolling
- 1 1/2 very ripe banana
Place the cacao nibs and hemp seeds into the Ninja food processor, blitz until the cacao nibs and hemp seeds are crushed into powder.
Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture onto a bowl; using two small bowls pour in one some of the Motion nutrition peanut protein and a combination of chia and flaxseeds in the other bowl.
Begin forming them balls and rolling them in the seeds or peanut powder, taking turn on each.
Place the balls in the fridge and enjoy.
