Super crispy Quesadillas with chicken and cheese. Great for a snack, lunch, lunch boxes or picnics! You can use any filling you like. Other favourites for us are minced beef and refried beans.

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1lb shredded pre cooked Chicken
  • 80g Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Sauce of choice (I use Peri Peri)
Prep Time


  1. Preheat air fryer to 200 degrees. 

  2. Butter one side of the tortilla. 

  3. Once preheated place 1 tortilla in and fill half of the tortilla with chicken, cheese and sauce. 

  4. Fold other half over. 

  5. Close air fryer lid and cook for 4 minutes. 

  6. Check after minute 1 to ensure the top half hasn’t moved, if it has push down again and close the lid. 

  7. Cut in half and repeat with the next Quesadilla.
