Not many things are more refreshing in the summer heat than a frozen fruity cocktail! This super easy recipe is ready in no time.
Prosecco, Raspberry & Lime Slushie Cocktail
- 150ml gin or vodka
- Juice of 2 limes
- 260g frozen raspberries
- 140g ice cubes
- 350ml prosecco (half a regular bottle)
Simply place all the ingredients in the big blender jug, then choose the ‘frozen drink’ setting
Divide the mixture between 4 glasses
Top up glass with prosecco, stirring to combine it
Add some extra ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lime
Serve straight away!
