Pink Beetroot Waffles

Perfect for an easy breakfast or light lunch, the colour of the beetroot really adds to this delicious waffle mix!

Pink Beetroot Waffles

  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 (25g) scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1/4 cup non dairy milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of vanilla extract
Prep Time


  1. Add all of the ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen blender and blitz everything together until smooth and creamy

  2. Preheat your waffle iron and grease with a little coconut oil

  3. Once the waffle maker is nice and hot, pour over some of the waffle batter and cook for a few minutes (cooking times can vary depending your waffle maker so check the instructions)

  4. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture, then serve with toppings of choice
