Introducing my new favourite smoothie!! It’s so easy to make (literally just throw everything into the blender!) and tastes amazing!
The peanut butter, chocolate and coffee add different layers of flavour, which makes for a very interesting and enjoyable drink. I love adding lots of ice to make it super thick and cooling. Drink it through a straw or add extra ice or frozen banana so you can eat it with a spoon!
Peanut Protein Mocha Frappe with Magic Peanut Sauce
Also, you might be wondering ‘what’s so magic about the peanut sauce?’
It’s magic because when it hits your cold smoothie it solidifies and turns chewy!!
- For The Smoothie
- 10g Motion Nutrition Peanut Protein Powder
- 125ml oat milk
- 100ml cold brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla powder or essence
- 1-2 dates
- 10 ice cubes
- For The Magic Peanut Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
Put all of the Smoothie ingredients into your Ninja blender. Blend until consistency is as desired, then serve in your favourite glass.
Mix the peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth then drizzle over the smoothie.
