Peanut Butter, Banana and Chia Seed Smoothie

A delicious smoothie full of natural proteins and fibre. Packed with sweet ripe bananas and creamy natural peanut butter. Adding chia seeds to a smoothie is a natural and easy way to up your protein and fibre intake. You can make bigger batches by doubling the ingredients, and storing the smoothie in the fridge.

  • 750ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 2 medium-sized ripe bananas
Prep Time


  1. Using the jug of your Ninja Kitchen System, throw all of the smoothie ingredients in to the jug and blitz until smooth

  2. Store in the fridge to cool before serving

  3. Serve cold and enjoy!
