3.8 - 5 reviews

  • 2 finely sliced onions
  • 100g gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml water
  • Salt and pepper
Prep Time

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Slowly add the water until it’s a thick smooth consistency

  3. Place in the fridge for around 1 hour

  4. Thinly chop the onions into slices and soak in cold water

  5. Once the hour is up, drain the onions well, add to the mixture and mix

  6. Take enough onions to make a ball that fits in the palm of your hands and put into the Foodi cook & crisp basket

  7. Set the Foodi to the air crisp setting at 200 degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like them

  8. Enjoy!
