A little everyday luxury, this sweet and creamy dessert makes a delicious after-dinner treat.
Ninja Blender Vanilla Peppermint Ice Cream
- 500ml double cream
- 250ml evaporated milk
- 10 round peppermint candies
- 4 Tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 250ml whole milk
Stir together the double cream and evaporated milk. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Place peppermint candies, icing sugar, peppermint extract, milk, and frozen cream cubes into the jug.
Select DESSERT and tamper ingredients as needed during program.
Remove mixture from jug and place in freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.
