Ninja Air Grill Provencal Dried Tomatoes

- 400g cherry tomatoes – halved
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped basil
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped oregano
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
Season halved tomatoes with salt.
Evenly spread the tomatoes onto a dehydrating rack.
Insert dehydrating rack into unit and close lid. Select DEHYDRATE, set the temperature to 60°C and timer for 8 hours. Press START/STOP to begin dehydrating process.
Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl combine finely chopped herbs and combine them with olive oil.
Once unit beeps to signify that the dehydrating process has finished, remove dehydrating rack from the unit and let cool down.
Add tomatoes to the oil mixture and let marinate for 24 hours.
Use for sauces, toppings or to add extra flavour and texture to breads. Keep refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 10 days.
