They say that people eat with their eyes, and if that’s true, this stunning health smoothie won’t last very long in your kitchen. Not only is it the most beautiful shade of green, it is a natural energy drink that packs a punch when it comes to vitamins and minerals.

If you’re someone who struggles to eat breakfast every morning, this smoothie could be another way to go. However, it also tastes delicious, so it’s equally as rewarding when drunk in a long glass with ice on a warm, summer’s day. The Kiwi Cooler smoothie is also packed with antioxidants — essential for a healthy immune system.

If you’re making this for breakfast, prepare the ingredients the night before. In the morning, all you’ll need to do is throw everything in your favourite blender and press a button.

  • 2 dates, cut in half
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into quarters
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut in half
  • 50g cabbage, chopped
  • 50g kale
  • 300ml hazelnut milk
