  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Adjust to taste)
  • 2 pieces of Salmon, roughly 125g each
  • 1 tsp crushed Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
Prep Time


  1. Dry your fillets with a paper towel

  2. Drizzle the oil on the fish and rub it in on both sides of the fish

  3. Rub the remaining ingredients into the fish on both sides

  4. Turn your air fryer on 200 degrees and cook for 5-6 minutes. Check at 5 minutes and increase the time if needed
