  • 300ml freshly boiled water
  • 100ml Red Leg Spiced Caramelised Pineapple Rum
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • Pinch of ground cloves
Prep Time


  1. Start by adding 150ml of the freshly boiled water followed by the remaining ingredients into the Ninja blender cup. Blend on EXTRACT for 40 seconds

  2. Remove the lid and stir in the remaining boiled water

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy – Cheers!
