Creamy Mango, Coconut & Lime Overnight Oats
- 1 ripe mango
- 100g jumbo oats
- 200ml oat milk
- Zest from 1 lime
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
In your Ninja Blender, combine the mango and oat milk and blitz these together until smooth. Pour this over the rolled oats, then mix in the lime zest and coconut
Pop your oats into the fridge for 30 minutes or leave overnight, then add all of your favourite toppings!
