Courgette Fries

Light and crispy, these courgette fries are the perfect snack or tapas style plate. Completely free from dairy and eggs, serve up with a yoghurt-based dip and you’ll be transported into fry heaven

  • 3 courgettes (cut into fries)
  • 75g plain flour
  • 70g corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 140g breadcrumbs (choose flavoured should you wish)
  • 200ml dairy free milk
Prep Time


  1. Start by making the batter. Combine plain flour, corn starch, salt, garlic granules and dairy free milk of choice

  2. Add the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl, and then dip each courgette fry into the batter before coating thoroughly with breadcrumbs

  3. Add to your Ninja Foodi and cook on the air crisp setting at 200c for 10 minutes

  4. Serve with yoghurt-based dip of choice
