- 1 courgette, cut into 2mm slices
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Insert crisper basket in unit and close lid. Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 170°C and set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
Slice courgette and spread the slices on a paper towel to allow it to absorb as much liquid as possible.
In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly so that every slice is evenly coated.
When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place seasoned courgette slices in crisper basket, spreading out evenly. Close lid to begin cooking process.
When cooking is complete, remove crisper basket from unit and allow to cool.
Serve cold or store in air tight container for up to a week.
