Coffee and Walnut Bliss Balls

  • 220g dates
  • 90g walnuts
  • 60g oats
  • 4 teaspoons of instant coffee powder
  • 50g peanut butter
  • Cacao powder for roll in (optional)
Prep Time


  1. Simply place the dates, walnuts, oats, coffee powder and peanut butter in the blender and blend until combined

  2. Roll into approximately 16 balls and place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes

  3. Should you wish roll in some cacao powder before eating. Enjoy!
