Cashew Milk Hot Chocolate

There is nothing better then a hot chocolate on a cold night and this hot chocolate happens to be the best one ever!

Cashew Milk Hot Chocolate

Cashews make hot chocolate creamy smooth, slightly sweet and dairy free.


  • 150g Cashews
  • 750ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
Prep Time


  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Then drain and rinse.

  2. Add the cashews, water, maple syrup, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a medium sized pot and heat over medium/low heat until simmering.

  4. Pour into 4 large glasses/cups.

    Serve with toasted marshmallows and enjoy!
