Bone Broth Ramen

This bone broth ramen is full of protein and so healthy. This is a must have meal packed with loads of flavour.

  • For stock
  • 1 kg of beef bones and chicken ( you can only use beef bones )
  • 30g shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 star anise
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 of leek
  • 1 shallot
  • 3-5tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp corse pepper
  • 1/4 cup of miso
  • 3 l of water
  • For serving
  • Ramen noodles
  • Optional toppings
  • Soft boiled egg
  • Spring onions
  • Fresh chilli
  • Sesames seeds
  • Fresh mushrooms
Prep Time


  1. Place all the ingredients for the broth in the foodi cooking pot. Choose the slow cooking option and set the timer for 4h and let it cook.

  2. Once the broth is cooked, strain it through the sieve.

  3. Cook noodles following method on the package.

  4. Serve ramen with favourite toppings.
