Banana and Milk Chocolate Muffins

These muffins are so moist and bananalicious. They are so rich and sweet; the combination of the milk chocolate and banana is extremely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 85g butter (melted)
  • 190g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 130g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 very ripe bananas (3 ½ mushed, ½ sliced)
  • 100g milk chocolate pieces

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating the over at 180C degrees.

  2. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade, pour in the melted butter along with the brown sugar and eggs, pulse to mix the ingredients together. 

  3. Pour in half of the butter with the baking powder and cinnamon, pulse, then add the remaining flour and pulse again until well combined. 

  4. Pour in the mushed bananas and chocolate pieces and pulse again until of the ingredients are well combined.  

  5. Pour the batter in greased muffins tins – place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are cooked through the middle (pierce the middle to check). 

  6. Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool before removing from the oven.
