Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Use a fork to poke holes all over the sweet potatoes

  2. Rub olive oil and salt on the outside of each sweet potato. Using your hands works best

  3. Put on the air fryer basket inside your Ninja Foodi Health Grill and Air Fryer

  4. Set temp to 200 degrees for 35 minute, checking at 30 minutes (timing will vary slightly depending on how big your potatoes are)

  5. Remove immediately, slice, fluff the middle and add your topping of choice, such as butter
