Avocado Shake

Who doesn’t love Avocados? Fibre rich, creamy and healthy, avocados are a great source of fats including oleic acid. Oleic acid lowers inflammation in the body. They are also a great source of vitamins K, E, C, magnesium and potassium. Their creamy texture means that they blend seamlessly into smoothies and shakes like this one!

Avocado Shake

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 600ml Milk of your choice (I like Oat or Almond)
  • 145g Coconut or Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 4 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 10-15 Ice Cubes
Prep Time


  1. Combine all the ingredients for the shake in a blender and blend on high for 5 minutes.

  2. Pour into 4 cups and enjoy.
