Ingredients

  • 4 Bramley apples, cored, peeled and chopped
  • 100g gluten-free flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C and grease an ovenproof dish

  2. Place the apples into the dish and spread out in an even layer

  3. Add the flour, ground almonds, sweetener, baking powder, milk, egg, oil and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen Nutri Ninja and blend to form a batter

  4. Pour this over the apples. Mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon with 200ml boiling water then pour over the batter. Sprinkle over pecans and bake for 30 minutes until golden and a caramel has formed

  5. Serve warm with whatever takes your fancy!
